The house is fantastic. The owners even worked with us on our departure. We ended up on a business meeting that lasted 2 hours past checkout. They were so accomodating, and kind. Thabks so much Ken!

Girls Dream Weekend
Amazing weekend with college friends. The house was perfect!! Super clean, super cozy, super chic, super comfortable!!! Everything was perfect! Not only was the house perfect to accommodate 5 ladies so comfortably- it was conveniently located close to amazing vineyards and great shopping!!!!! We will certainly return!!

Great baseball tournament house.
We were here for a baseball tournament with 2 seventeen year old players, their older brother, their parents and us as grandparents. We usually stay at a hotel. The house was perfect for us! The teenagers had their own space in the basement to relax and hang out it. There was plenty of room upstairs for us. Having the kitchen was a great addition.

Alpharetta Gem
A clean and nicely decorated home in a pleasant neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family (6-adults and 3-children). The game room was a big hit with the children. Backyard area was great with a grill and fire pit. Children enjoyed making Smores. Our host was very responsive to any need. We had an issue with the clothes washer. Within 48-hours a new washer was ordered, delivered and installed! When we return for a visit or vacation this property will be our choice.

Unforgettable Graduation Stay in a Beautiful Alpharetta Home!
We recently stayed at this amazing VRBO property in Alpharetta for our son's graduation, and it was perfect! The modern design and thoughtful touches in every room made it feel so cozy. With four bedrooms and three baths, there was plenty of space for our family. We loved the smart TVs, the great deck with a grill (we didn’t get to use), and having in-unit laundry was a big plus. The location is fantastic—close to Avalon, the Ameris Amphitheater, and Downtown Alpharetta, where we enjoyed great dining, cocktails, and shopping. Atlanta is just a short drive away, which was great for a day trip. This home was the ultimate getaway, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Our family was in town for a wedding. There were 7 of us, and we felt very comfortable in the house. It was very convenient for getting to Alpharetta's downtown. The house clean was as it was pictured online. The host is a great communicator and responds quickly.

We stayed here with our two kids who loved the game room and the basement suite. While it is an older house, the renovations and decorations make the place feel modern and homey at the same time. The kitchen was very well stocked and my wife enjoyed jogging to town to her favorite gluten-free baker for breakfast.

The overall stay was ok. The window in master bedroom was broke, large coffee pot was broke and the driveway was not safe for my elderly in laws. My father in law actually fell in driveway and in to the creek in front of the house so that was a mess. For future safety issues I would suggest a better railing or something around that area. The location to town was nice and convenient.

House was decorated nicely with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable, pillows were not. Some nice pillows would be a great upgrade. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Our 10 cup coffee maker was broken and was replaced later in the day with a single cup maker which was disappointing. Location was great, quick drive downtown or to Avalon. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Overall the place is great! Three bathrooms and the bedrooms were all very large as well. The living room worked for our larger group. Not walkable to downtown but a very short drive. Washer had some issues.

A quiet oasis close to downtown. The house was spotless and looked even better than the photos. Plenty of towels and nice linens provided along with a good supply of coffee, etc. A quiet back yard and yard games available for entertainment. The owner was extremely responsive and informative. Ken was a great host!
The house was clean the rooms were prepared and ready and it looked exactly like the photos! He was very attentive and when we had a question he was here immediately to help us! I would highly recommend this property for a nice home away from home feel! I will definitely look to come back here again!
