HOUSE RULES
This property is located in a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet residential neighborhood. This is our vacation home and our neighbors are wonderful. We kindly ask that you respect them in every way while you are our guest.
Please do not adjust the pool heater. Any temperature above 85 degrees will create a surcharge for the guest.
Please respect the neighbors - no loud music or parties and no more than 6 guests on-site.
No more than 2 cars, which should be parked in the driveway at all times.
All TVs are smart TVs with basic cable. They each have access to all streaming apps however guests must use their own login info for the apps.
Pets are welcome at $50-$100 per pet per stay depending on the pet type. If the stay exceeds 1 week, additional fees may be incurred.

No ADA access as all entrances have stairs. There are also 3 steps from the kitchen down into the den.
While children are welcome to stay at the home, it is not childproof. Please exercise caution with drawers, dressers, stairs, cleaning supplies, pool, etc.
Swim at your own risk and be sure to monitor children at all times. No diving as the pool is shallow (less than 5 feet deep). A child proof safety fence is available for the pool (stored in the shed). Please let us know if you need help installing prior to your arrival.
Please note that West Palm Beach is a vibrant, active city with homes close together. It’s not uncommon to hear dogs barking, music playing, sirens, trains, or other sounds of a city.
