Apartment #189: Upper East Side

This cozy Upper East Side 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has
everything you could ever need. Situated directly between Central Park
and the East River, you are only a few blocks away from lush green
fields or a walk on the water. The home features a lot of natural light
and a neutral color palette, as well as decor items from popular brands
such as CB2 and West Elm. Once inside, you’ll find an airy living room
that boasts a cozy velvet sofa, a TV, and natural wood furniture
accents. The master bedroom boasts luxurious floor-to-ceiling blackout
curtains for optimal privacy, as well as a desk space to get all your
work done. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, while the
bathroom is newly renovated and stocked with essentials like toilet
paper and towels.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup
