This is our second year staying at this location, and we greatly appreciate its closeness to the Columbus Convention center, allowing us to commute in minutes but still stay in a more private locale.

Nice Stay
The area is a little spooky, the property is next to an abandoned building. The inside of the home does look like the pictures online. The cleanliness of the home could be better. The toilet seat down stairs was loose and had hair on it. The baseboards also could use some cleaning. The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work. There was also a dirty dish sponge left which is nasty and a new one should be put out every time for each guest. None of the pillows had pillow protectors on them and were dirty. The owners could also invest in putting some long mirrors in the bedrooms. There is only one mirror in the bathroom. The main concern was the window screens, none of the windows had window screens in them which is dangerous especially if you have kids. Only two of the tvs worked properly as well.
For folks looking to have access to the airport and downtown, this is a convenient location. It is also good for groups as it has a lot of beds.
The neighborhood was a little rough and I wouldn’t recommend walking around the area.
We weren’t at the house too much which was good since the seating was/lounge area was a bit rigid.
There was also barely enough supplies in the kitchen to make dinner, which was part of our reason for renting a house instead of a hotel.
But overall I was happy with a place to stay near the convention center-just wish it was safer to walk.
The neighborhood is rough, but the house was great.
Abandoned car in front of the house, with others on the street as well. Trash in the roadways and alleys. Burnt out building two doors down. All of that makes the neighborhood unappealing, but the house does have a secure parking garage and is a nice place.
My ONLY recommendation would be a direct route from the garage to the house - you have to go around the end of the block to go between the two currently because there isn't a remote, electronic lock on the garage entry door and back door of the house.
The property was just as advertised, and was exactly what we needed for our family to spend a few days in Columbus, attending the Origins Game Fair. The Convention center was only about five minutes away and the drive to and from was easy each day.
Our primary Con with the house would have been the kitchen equipment, if we had wanted to do any cooking. It was minimal, sufficient for heating some canned soup for a few people, or cooking eggs, but not much more. However, as we did not have time to cook, this was not a major complaint.
We would most certainly be happy to stay there again next year for our annual visit to Columbus and have no problems recommending it to others.
