RELAX RECHARGE ENJOY Beachfront Home, Stunning Sunset next door to RumPoint

This is a beachfront property with the master bedroom facing the water.

The unit is approximately 1700 sq ft, with 2 beds and 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen. This condo is on the ground floor with a 40 foot covered, screened porch adjoining the living room and master bedroom. Favorite features of our guests include the refreshing pool, the beautiful sandy beach, the gorgeous ocean vistas, and our quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach.

Outside of Retreat 25, a soft, white sand beach awaits! This beach is the only large, open-water beach on the North Shore that is all sand.

Incredible snorkeling is available just off of the beach in a protected marine park, and the private setting is just perfect for relaxing and recharging as you enjoy a special experience in the gorgeous Caribbean.

Enjoy stunning sunsets, morning beach walks, snorkeling, and swimming right outside the condo. Play some tennis or work out in the gym or relax in the beautiful pool. Walk next door and enjoy fire evening dining at RumPoint Restaurant or lunches and drinks at the Wreck Bar & Grill. Also, next door is RedSail Sports center provides complete Watersports activities and water toy rentals.

Enjoy the diving, Stingray tour, wave runner, sailing, etc.

Perfect Location

Cannot envision a more perfect place to stay in laid back Rum Point. The beach is just outside an oversized screened-in patio. Ten second walk to the water. Swaying palms, soft sand. Beautiful and well-appointed unit. Only gripe was inoperative shower in master bathroom. Okay for taking a bath, but not shower.
