This impressive 3 bedroom 3 story luxury townhome is just a 6-8 minute walk to the beach. Newly updated furniture, fresh paint and a spacious and open floor plan. There are both Gulf and Harbor views throughout. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. This unit boasts high ceilings, granite countertops and plenty of space for your family to lounge and relax as well as a large kitchen table and extra bar seating. Master bedroom is extremely spacious with sitting area and beautiful views. The master bath features a large marble whirlpool tub. There is a game room on the lower level with ping pong and foosball!
You will enter this property on the first floor where there is an extra large gameroom with ping pong, foosball, television, and bonus living room with seating for 8. One of the couches folds into a sleeper couch for extra sleeping space. The bunk room is located on this floor with two sets of bunk beds. One of the bunks has a double bed on the bottom for even more sleeping space. The room also has a refrigerator and microwave for extra convenience!
The bathroom has a tub shower combination.
The second floor is the main living space and hosts an extra large living room with plenty of seating space. There is a brand new sectional couch plus an armchair for viewing the tv as well as two additional armchairs perfect for curling up with a good book. There is also a small table for playing games. The unit comes stocked with tons of games, puzzles, and books for you to enjoy! There is a large balcony with plenty of seating and a gas grill.
The kitchen is also spacious and fully stocked with everything you will need to cook meals on nights you want to stay in. You will find everything from a toaster to a blender, an array of pots and pans, and cooking utensils. You will also find a drip coffee maker, and Keurig with keurig cups, sugar and creamer to get you started. There are five bar stools at the counter for extra space to eat. There is also a dining area with a table that seats 8 and extra counter space for serving. Small bonus table that seats 2. There is a half bath located on this floor.
The third floor hosts two bedrooms. The first is the extremely large master bedroom with a king bed, a sleeper couch, two armchairs, and a tv. There is a beautiful view of the harbor from the master bedroom as well a a balcony for an even better view of the harbor. It is a great spot to enjoy your early morning coffee. The master bath is enormous with marble throughout and a double head shower and stand alone 2 person whirlpool tub. It also has separate his and hers vanities and a private toilet.
The second bedroom has two queen beds, ceiling fan, and tv. There is a stand up shower in the bathroom.
The third floor is also home to the full sized washer and dryer to accommodate the laundry needs of your active group. The host will provide laundry tabs and dryer sheets for your convenience.
