Really enjoyed ourselves at this rental. Beautiful location with a view. Plus, very close to Wilderness State Park. Had a couple of hiccups with the furnace, etc.; but as soon as we contacted the property manager the issues were fixed immediately. Met the property owner as well, and he's a very nice person.
The location right on the water is fantastic. It had everything we needed. Some parts of the RV have seen better days as far as wear and tear, and cleanliness could have been a it better, but we overall enjoyed our trip and it worked well for our family.
Cute, cozy RV with stunning views and an ideal location. We were happy with the close location to Mackinaw City, Headlands Dark Sky Park and the UP. The RV had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We did have a issue with the toilet (it is an RV so plumbing is different) but that was resolved between the property manager, owner and us.
We enjoyed our time and would rent this property again.
My wife and I booked this property for our 25th anniversary trip to Mackinac Island. The place was quaint with a great beach area. We enjoyed several dips in the lake and nights out in the Gazebo. It was close to the state park and to Mackinac City. The trading post was also great. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back.
Cute camper with a gorgeous view!
We had some hiccups but communication was easy and good. The shore is rocky but there are a couple small, sandy public beaches very close by. We really enjoyed those! The sunsets were beautiful and the dark sky park is nearby to enjoy as well. Overall we had a good stay!
Property is beautiful. The lake does not disappoint. Rv is very spacious and nice inside. Property is in good location for day trips with mackinaw city, Mackinac island, Petoskey, harbour springs all less than an hour away.
Our family of 5 stayed here and had a great time doing so. The property and view was amazing and we enjoyed many days walking in the water, looking for rocks, and evenings looking out at the sky and lights from the UP.
The RV was nice and worked well for our family needs. There were some small issues that we had to work through during our stay but overall would recommend staying at this location for others looking for a great getaway.
We travel a lot and this place has by far, been our favorite! You can hear the waves crashing, watch the birds roam and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets! The RV was decorated cute and had everything that we needed! You can also see the Mackinaw city fireworks from across the lake. I would stay here again without a doubt! Loved it!
