Space was very nice and clean. Comfortable for a quick stay, will definitely book again if available. Very convenient that it had its own private parking, it was an accessible location.
Accurate to description, clean and had all amenities. One thing I wish is the curtains in the bedroom would block out more light but overall would definitely stay again !
It is hard to imagine better customer service. The communication was thoughtful and timely. The instructions were easy to follow and the place easy to access. The place was clean, nicely decorated and met our needs nicely!
The property was beautifully decorated and spotless. The host provided all necessary amenities (garbage bags, soap, toilet paper, towels, etc.). This was an excellent experience!
We liked the rental. It was spacious and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The rental is also a more affordable option in New Haven and not too far away from downtown.
It was easy to get in touch with the owner, but it would’ve been helpful if they provided us checkin information in a timely manner.
If you’re a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. It’s located by a busy road. There were a lot of cars that were built to be as loud as possible revving their engines into the morning. After we noticed the window ac units, this helped to drown out the sound some.
Overall it was a nice place.

Bad neighborhood, unattractive furniture, no heat
When I arrived, the unit was very cold because the heat was not working and I thought it was quite unattractive because of unattractive furniture's. Additionally, it was not in a good part of New Haven when you were asked for money when you went out. I left a day earlier than I intended because I was so unhappy with the situation. I would not recommend it
