Great Stay

The location was great. The property was nice and the unit was inviting and clean. Check in was a breeze. I would defintely stay here again.

Love the Location - Safe - Great Neighborhood

We stayed here to see our granddaughter at TCU. The location was excellent. Close to TCU & a beautiful neighborhood. We definitely felt safe staying here. Some improvements that could be made - fix the garbage disposal, change the shower head (unable to adjust), provide dish towels for the kitchen. On a side note, there was no side table next to the chair and the couch was uncomfortable due to the metal frame for the hide-a-bed. We did enjoy the property and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient. Easy to find and park. Hassle free check in. Didn’t take advantage of kitchen but it looks well stocked. Bed was comfy!

Perfect!

Celebrating a high school graduation and this apartment was absolutely lovely. Fantastic location by the zoo & TCU, and just steps away from a beautiful park. Highly recommend!

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here while we were in Fort Worth to help our daughter pack to move out of state. This apartment was just a few minutes from her and allowed us to help her get everything ready for movers and also have a comfortable place to stay. It’s in a historic district, close to TCU. Quiet area with parks nearby. It was great!

Spacious and great location

The place was clean and very cute. We did have a problem with the drains in the shower and sink in the restroom, but the owner sent someone the same day and it was taken care of. Other than the water pressure in the kitchen sink and shower head in the shower, I definitely recommend it and I would stay there again.

Quiet and clean

Just what I wanted. This united is part of an older apartment building. With a courtyard and cover off street parking. With tall ceilings and old hardwood floors it seemed bigger than the one bedroom open concept. Will stay here again when visiting TCU.

Nice place for young person

The apartment was nice and so was the neighborhood., but I was not aware that.there were steps.. Since I am a senior and was by myself it was somewhat difficult.
