Pasadena holiday

The property was exactly as shown and described. Everything needed was provided. The beds were comfortable - a plus! Very nice neighborhood. Convenient too with Von's grocery store and Walgreens steps away. Our host was extremely responsive from booking to check-out. A wonderful 10 days!

Pictures do not even begin to show this beautiful property! Spacious, clean, safe, well built and maintained property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect for our needs. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Host was easy to reach, in daily contact and immediately helped with a minor issue. 11/10

Quiet Neighborhood

The townhouse was well equipped and comfortable. Parking was safe and convenient. The neighborhood was tree lined, quiet and very nice for evening strolls. Many good restaurants nearby. Great stay!

Great destination

My husband and I met up with my husband's uncle in southern California. We spent three nights at this property and it was great. Warren gave great check in information and made sure we knew he was available should we have any issues. The condo is in a nice community, was clean and has a great floorplan. We never used the kitchen appliances, other than the fridge, but I assume it was all in working order. We'd stay there again should we return to the area.

Pasadena Perfect

My son and I stayed at this property for 2 nights- and I booked it at the last minute, and both the property and property manager were first rate. The property has everything you need, is beautifully furnished, and located in a quiet tree-filled neighborhood in an area that is close to everything. We hope to be back some day!

Nice weekend in Pasadena and LA area

This was a very nice location and , convenient to walk for coffee and nearby places. The host was Available and communicated all the details we needed for a Carefree stay at their property. We visited many areas of LA and this location provided easy access. The beds were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Rose Parade and Pasadena

Premium rate (NYE & Rose Bowl) and basic property. Excellent location. Spacious but minimal furnishings. Good dishwasher and washer dryer but no soap pods. No salt pepper sugar sweetener napkins or hand towels; the things that are helpful in vrbo rentals. Clean inside but windows are very dirty and plastic plants are dusty. Just basic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and convenient to shopping, restaurants and museums. Our host stayed in touch with us during our stay, although we had no problems. The townhouse is comfortable and charming. We will definitely return.

Immaculately clean property. Ample space for family to spread out. Well appointed and very convenient to highway, groceries, and The Huntington. Very attentive and helpful host. Off-street parking was a real plus. Upper floor has view of mountains. Great stay for us.

The place is in a great neighborhood, it felt very secure and safe. The inside was extremely clean and nicely decorated with all of the needed amenities. This unit was the perfect fit for our family vacation. Beautiful and comfortable with all of the comforts of home. Close to shopping, great restaurants and Universal Studios (which was the reason for our visit). Excellent communication from the host, too, and easy parking. Perfect!

At first glance everything seemed very nice. Major problems with electrical system. GFI plugs did not work, bathroom fans did not work and air conditioning kept cutting out. Not enough information in the unit with regard to systems and check out procedure.
