Everything about this place was great. I particularly loved the open floor plan with exposed brick, pool table, and backyard area is a perfect spot for morning coffee. Definitely will stay here again.
I enjoyed this stay definitely giving it a 10/10 property manager was amazing worked with me on a lot of things was super nice about me checking in early and booking another night super clean
One of the most unique properties I have ever used. An apartment on top of an antique theater. Had full kitchen and bath. Large living room with TV and pool table. Bedroom #1 has King Bed and resembles an upgraded hotel room suite. Across the street from a small but good Mexican Restaurante. Quiet setting in small town. We had a great stay.
We loved the split level design and blend of original and modern design found in this one off location. The remnants of the old theatre give this townhouse a whimsical feel while exploring the vintage nature of the building itself. Kudos for saving such a landmark and allowing it to have a new purpose. It is situated on the main thoroughfare with on-street parking but we discovered the town itself to be charmingly friendly and - most important - serene. Highly recommended.
The apartment is super cute. We are big movie fans so we loved all the theater decor around the house. The pool table was what actually sold us on this place over another one we were looking at. We have been visiting family in Chesterfield for over 15 years and there has never really been much to do there, so to have some entertainment, other than tv in the apartment was amazing! We had a lot of fun playing. When I booked I saw the photo of the steps, but didn't realize how many and how steep they are. Just beware if you have an issue with mobility this might not be the place for you. Our stay was great, & our host was excellent with communication. I would definitely recommend that you book this place!
The property is well maintained and I enjoyed the history of the property. I was disappointed when I saw the “second bedroom” with twin beds. It is actually a trundle bed and that is the only furniture located in the room. Not what I thought a bedroom would be. The pictures on-line showing the bedrooms is the same room with just different views. I would stay there again if there were only 2 of us but with my adult children with us, the second bedroom was an issue with the lower trundle bed literally sitting on the floor. No other issues.
