Remodeled South Palm Desert Bungalow: 10 min to El Paseo & Cahuilla Park Trails!
This recently remodeled 2 bedroom bungalow located in quiet enclave of South Palm Desert provides the comfort and ease for a great Palm Desert vacation. Proximity to hiking via the Cahuilla Hills Trailheads, the famed El Paseo shopping district, and all sorts of dining mean our guests can spend less time running errands and more time relaxing. The house features private entertaining space complete with spa, pool and patio space.
The City of Palm Desert does not allow short term rentals in this neighborhood. 28 days and longer rentals only. Because this is not a short term rental a separate rental contract will be required.
Spa Heating is included, but the pool is unheated with a charge assessed for gas based on consumption. A pool cover and solar pool heating are provided to help reduce this cost at no charge. Pool Heating cost are estimated at $75 a day Nov-Feb. and $40 a day Oct, March, April. Pool temp will be set at 74 degrees during the above mention months.
Owner will require a signing of a separate rental contract that will outline these charges as well as incorporate that this rental is not a short term rental.

My wife and I live part of the year in Seattle and escape to Palm Desert during the wet months.
What makes this property unique
You are about a 10 minute walk to the trail heads, to El Paseo, the mall, Whole Foods, Target, Total Wine. The central close in location means you can spend more time vacationing.
The house is nestled in a location close to the mountains, this locations offers views when on the back patio and protection from the famous Coachella Valley winds. The streets around the house are not heavily driven and provide a great place to take a 15-20 minute walk.
A full remodel of the house offers: A new premium Pent Air pool/spa system, a very quiet Fujitsu mini-split system AC system (temperature control in each room!), new bathrooms and kitchens! A 12 ft sliding door in the dining room creates a great indoor/outdoor transition for eating/drinking/relaxing.
