The Space:
This suite, 6BR Ocean Loft, includes both 3BR Ocean Loft (downstairs) and 3BR Lookout Suite (upstairs). 2 separate suites with 2 kitchens and exterior access connecting them for privacy and convenient access.

Your rental is located within our Good Life Vacation Rental Resort, a collection of vacation rentals and event spaces near Downtown San Diego, Convention center and SAN airport.

Guest Parking
You will have access to two private gated parking spots located at the back of our resort. Directions to this spot can be found in the 'Detailed Access Info' section of your guest area. All other vehicles must use the street parking available along Market Street at the front of the resort.

Beach Boardwalk:
Our Beach Boardwalk Lobby event space has been awarded the prestigious title of #1 Outdoor Event Space in America for 2024 by Peerspace Events! We've received perfect 5-star reviews for all 28 hosted events.

As a special perk, overnight guests can enjoy this space to relax and unwind outside their rental. The Beach Boardwalk Lobby offers a TV, fridge, BBQ, and sink, available for shared use from 8 AM to 10 PM, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

If you'd like to host a private event here, please add it to your reservation. Note that this add-on requires approval, and we will contact you to confirm the details before finalizing your event. Please be aware that the beach may not be available for shared use during private events

Good Life Resorts offers privacy to your group and customer service as needed. We have a large network of contractors and service professionals available during your stay for repairs and requests. Although each rental on site is private, there may be some contact with other guests staying at the resort, no more than a standard hotel, and each rental has a private code unique to their listing.
