Welcome to whales tale, a classic three bedroom two and a half bath shell beach cottage style home overlooking the ocean. This beachfront park-like property is located in the Village of Shell Beach just steps away from the beach, dining and shopping. The area is best known for its incredible sunsets, whale watching and kayaking. There is a cottage in the back where the owner stays occasionally. A 30 day minimum stay and a $8,800 deposit required.
