Grateful & Open: Asheville Home Unaffected by Hurricane

Summary:
We are incredibly grateful and humbled that our home was spared any damage during the recent hurricane. Our hearts go out to those impacted, and we are supporting our community through ongoing relief efforts. Asheville remains as beautiful as ever, with clear roads and highways from the eastern part of NC, and local restaurants, breweries, and attractions are opening daily. As an extra precaution during your stay, we will provide each group with a case of bottled water and a bag of ice to ensure your comfort and safety. (Through November 30th). We look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful retreat located close to downtown Asheville.

The Space:

Upon entering, you're greeted by a bright, inviting living area with ample seating for your entire group. A dedicated workspace, equipped with a wireless printer, ensures convenience for those in need of a quiet corner to catch up on work. The spacious, fully-stocked chef's kitchen comes complete with a Nespresso machine, Keurig coffee maker, and a selection of cookware and utensils that make preparing meals a breeze. Serve your culinary creations in the elegant dining room or unwind with a casual meal in the cozy breakfast nook. Each of the three bedrooms flaunts its own character and en suite facilities. The first primary suite offers a king-sized bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite with a separate shower and claw-foot tub nestled next to a picturesque window. The second primary suite features a queen-sized bed and a well-appointed en suite, while the third bedroom comfortably sleeps four guests in two bunk beds, accompanied by its own charming en suite. Step outside to savor the sunshine on the back deck, lounge on a hammock, or enjoy a BBQ feast on the front patio. As night falls, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house and yard, excluding the locked supply closet in the main hallway and an inaccessible unfinished basement. Self-check-in is facilitated via a smart lock. Free parking is available for up to 3 vehicles on the premises. Please respect our neighbors and avoid blocking the shared driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, well established neighborhood on Town Mountain.

Getting Around:
Vehicle required. 4WD is recommended in winter weather. All roads are paved to the house but there are some windy roads getting to the property. Uber/Lyft are an option too and you can schedule a pickup on their app.

We have a maximum of 3 vehicles allowed since we have a shared driveway with our neighbors. Please do not block the drive so they can still get around.

La Maison Mirch's perfect location places you just minutes from must-see attractions, such as The Omni Grove Park Inn Spa, Biltmore, Basilica of Saint Lawrence, Grovewood Village, and Estes-Winn Antique Car Museum. For gastronomic delights or retail therapy, venture into Asheville's vibrant downtown scene. Celebrate upcoming holidays like Independence Day, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving at our luxurious retreat, or take advantage of the summer season for al fresco dining, BBQs, and leisurely walks along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Top off your days by unwinding at nearby bars or indulging at local culinary hotspots. La Maison Mirch is a family-friendly, dog-friendly property with a standard pet fee of $50 per dog per night. Advance notice is required for bringing pets. Adherence to the no-smoking, no-party policy, and maintaining respectful noise levels during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) is necessary. Please note that the area is inhabited by bears; ensure food is not left outdoors or in vehicles and remain cautious during outdoor activities. The homeowner/property manager is not responsible for any damages caused by wildlife. In winter months, 4WD vehicles are recommended due to potentially hazardous road conditions, and no refunds will be offered for weather-related cancellations. Interaction with Guests:
We are fairly busy so you most likely will not see us at the property but we are always available by message or text. We also have an after hours emergency number should an emergency arise after 10pm.
