About this property

HGTV Renovated Farmhouse Retreat

145 year old farmhouse on 1.1 acres with water features, pergolas, a fire pit and flowering plants and trees. This is an oasis! But still only 20 minutes to downtown.

The property was renovated by the HGTV show Nashville Flipped in 2015. 3 bedrooms including a master suite with claw foot tub and walk in shower. Full kitchen, 3 porches and patio doors that open from the dining room into the outdoor grounds.

The upstairs bedrooms are adjoining, so you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the second one. For additional sleeping beyond the 3 bedrooms, there is a pull-out queen sofa in the living room and a blow up mattress that actually has it's own bed frame. The road the house is on is also a busy one so please know that., but the rest of the property is surrounded by farmland.

A beautifully designed farmhouse with the most charming outdoor pergolas and courtyard. A very private property with quick acccess to Nashville.

Beautiful Restored Home!

We loved this place. It felt like being in an old farmhouse but with class and beauty. The owner was the best I’ve ever dealt with and was kind, gracious and immediately helpful. If we come through this way again, we’ll definitely try to stay here again!

Nice Farmhouse

The house was just like an old farmhouse. If that is what you are looking for it’s the perfect place. As was listed in the overview it is close to the road and was a little noisy but we slept very well. Cara is a very gracious host and was very responsive to any and all requests. I am sure the landscaping is very beautiful in the spring. Wonderful stay.

Nearly everything we could have needed was there. The only thing we didnt find was flyers of things to do and attractions. No big deal. We picked up several and left them there.

Trip to Grand Ole Opry

Kudos to the renovation team this was a comfortable rural retreat, modern conveniences, but with the charm of a Victorian farmhouse. Very clean property, three large bedrooms. Only 12 miles to downtown or the Opry. It’s a pleasure to stay in a rental property that provides premium supplies such as hand soap, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, instead of the cheapest thing you can get. I’m particular, and I didn’t want for anything. You won’t go wrong with this one.
