This newly available 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is nestled on the white sandy beach in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, FL. at Sunrise Condominiums. Lovely, clean and cozy condominium that sleeps up to 6 people (4 adults maximum as the second bedroom has twin bed bunks). Nicely decorated and setup with everything a vacationer needs. The pictures speak for themselves!

Enjoy magnificent sunrises along with your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and beautiful beach. Perfectly located on the no drive beach for easy access to have a peaceful swim, sunbathe, take a stroll, or fly a kite.

Fully-equipped kitchen is great for eating in, though there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This is a privately-owned, spacious apartment in a well-maintained building. Locally managed and maintained, with 24-hour emergency service.

This condominium is part of the Sunrise community which offers two elevators, a swimming pool with large ocean front deck, charcoal grill, and shuffle board. The bulletin board often announces community activities. Walk just a couple minutes south for beach yoga or north for a newly built community park.

Beautiful View with older condo vibe

The views were amazing, and the beach was fantastic! The bed and furniture were comfortable, and we had plenty of space to relax and work. We did have several issues with the condo... cleanliness, Wi-Fi, elevator ... however, both managers made everything right immediately and we ended up having a wonderful week. We believe that the next occupants will have a great stay.

View is amazing. Beach access and pool were easily accessible. Unit was clean with plenty of linens. Kitchen was well equipped. The furniture, however, was not the most comfortable and showing some wear. Master bedroom needs a new mattress.

This unit was dated and could use some updating. You aren't allowed to listen to music without headphones which was an inconvenience and you will definitely get reported if others can here your music. The staff was great. My contact at VRBO (Josiah) was extremely accommodating and kind. All in all, we had a great time.

Nice Location in NSB

Location is great in NSB - on the beach. Nice pool but was not heated first week in May therefore the pool temperature was too cold. Hardly anyone used it during the week we stayed. Ocean was warmer. The unit is dated and needs a refresh/update. Good for family with small kids. King size bed for parents and 4 single (double bunk beds) for the kids. Parking not the best, some spots better than other. They have a parking garage but with construction on-site not a convenient place to park.
