Consisting of a semi-open plan kitchen, open plan dining and living area, two balconies, master bedroom with en-suite and two tastefull furnished bedrooms with shared full bathroom.

The living and dining area feels luxurious and inviting, featuring a large sofa, smart TV, elegant wallpaper adorned with artwork and dining table to seat six. Step out onto the spacious balcony and admire the twinkling lights of the city and magnificent Burj Khalifa in the distance. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with sufficient counter and storage space. Vacationer guests have everything they need from cooking utensils, appliances and dinnerware for that additional comfort.

The master bedroom has one king-size bed accommodating a maximum of two people. Plenty of wardrobe space, views of the city and glass en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed accommodating a maximum of two people, the third bedroom has a single bed accommodating a maximum of one person. The second full bathroom is shared by bedroom one and two and can be found down the passage. All essential amenities are provided including hotel grade linens and fluffy high-quality towels.
