The open plan living area is furnished with a comfy sofa and queen-size bed which can accommodate a maximum of two people, there is also a small set of drawers and dressing table. Relax on the small balcony and admire the vibrant city with a glimpse of the Burj Khalifa.

The kitchen is small yet functional and fully equipped with all dining and cooking essentials you may need including an oven, stove and microwave. Please note that this kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

The unique bathroom has elegant black, gold and marble finishes with all essential amenities provided including hotel grade linens and fluffy high-quality towels.

Guests can take advantage of the building’s facilities like the stunning swimming pool and gymnasium. There is also one allocated parking spot for guests to use.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
