Spend the day exploring the outdoors, then relax each afternoon with views of the mountain from the private hot tub on your balcony.

Inside, you’ll find a sunny, light-filled space with an open layout, hardwood floors, and mountain-modern furnishings. The group chef will love the well-stocked kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime between the dining table and countertop seating. More highlights include in-floor heating, two lofted spaces, and a washer/dryer.

After a day of outdoor fun, stash your gear in the heated entryway and head out for dinner at a local restaurant or a drink at the Girdwood Brewing Company, all within easy walking distance. Or, spend cozy nights at home in front of the wood-burning fireplace while you play a board game, read a book, watch a DVD from the on-hand library, or stream the latest release on any of three HD TVs, then fire up the gas grill on the balcony for an easy cookout. When it’s time to call it a night, three well-appointed bedrooms await. Lucky guests of the primary bedroom will love the mountain views, southern exposure, cozy balcony, and en-suite bath, including a jetted tub and steam shower. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
