Whitetail Cabin | Couple's Retreat w/ Hot Tub

Deer Haven Cabin is the perfect opportunity for your couple's retreat or small family getaway. Featuring an open kitchen, dining, and living room with electric fireplace and 70" TV, you'll find plenty of space to connect with loved ones and friends. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom adjoin the main living space. Weather permitting, however, you'll find true relaxation in the cabin's large screened-in porch or lower patio with a large hot tub and propane grill.

Indoor living features a professionally designed kitchen, dining, and living room set up for all of your traveling needs. You'll find all the basics - pots, pans, and cutlery, plus a wide assortment of quality small appliances including Vitamix blender, KitchenAid Mixer, Instant Pot, Crockpot, Waffle Iron, hot water kettle, and more. The movable bar cart holds wine, martini, margarita, whiskey, and champagne glasses. While a full-size oven is not available, you’ll find the Calphalon® Performance Countertop Convection Oven and Air Fryer will meet almost any need.

Across the room, you'll find the kitchen island with seating for four and the nearby Keurig Coffee Maker with a stocked supply of local and national favorites. Individual sugar and creamer packets as well as fresh tea are also available. A small coffee pot and cold press are available as well.

The main living room features a leather couch and 70" HD TV with Hulu + Live TV, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, ESPN+, Netflix, and HBO Max available free of charge.

The cabin features two bedrooms and one bath and promises to offer you quiet seclusion. While light pollution rarely should impact your stay given the mountain location, both rooms feature blinds and blackout curtains. The full bathroom includes a shower as well as washer and dryer.

Year-round outdoor living is the perfect way to spend time relaxing and connecting. The outdoor screened-in porch features an additional 275 square feet of living space and is the perfect place to enjoy meals outside or catch up a good book. The lower patio features a propane grill, additional seating, and hot tub. You won't want to miss out!

Our cabin retreat is accessed via mountain roads that are paved and unpaved. We have a fantastic road maintenance team, but we like to let prospective guests know, especially those traveling during the winter months (we recommend 4WD or AWD and in the event of winter weather, it may be required).

We welcome up to one dog at this property - please add a pet to your reservation to cover the additional fee. Additional pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please send an inquiry to discuss more than 1 pet.

The area is surrounded by wildlife - you will regularly see deer and may even sneak a peak at a black bear hanging out on the mountain. While the house rarely houses critters of its own, the occasional bug or tiny creature may make a visit! Just let us know if anything is out of the ordinary.

We have guest wellness and safety guide all of our decisions. All bedding, including sheets, quilts, and blankets are washed between every reservation and all bedrooms have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and multiple fire extinguishers are available. Our cabin also has a Minut sound monitoring device centrally located in main room - the device monitors decibel levels but does not collect or record audio. It's settings are triggered to let us know when noise at the level of a party is present.
