Nice Location, Manager but Needs Repairs

My family stayed here for my father's 80th birthday over holiday break. I hate writing bad reviews but this house badly needs repairs: broken shades, hairs on towels, pool was not cleaned until after we checked in, microwave had noticeable damage and caught fire, water leaks from rain and converted room (garage) did not have heat. That all being said, the property manager was very responsive and apologetic. And the location is fantastic. The owner needs to make repairs to the house and they need better maintenance/vendors. I have given this feedback to the management company.
