★ Accommodation ★
House has good capacity to accommodate large groups of people, up to 10. Besides the four beds, there are a comfy couches and air mattress for these occasions.
You will have access to the entire house for a comfortable stay except for the locked owner's storage in the basement.

We have the highest cleaning standards after each stay! We not only clean the whole house, disinfect and inspect, but also iron all the pillowcases, spending extra time washing towels and linens on a special hot water cycle. We wipe all surfaces that can be touched with a disinfectant. So, the quality of the cleaning is reflected in the cleaning fee.

-- Parties and big gatherings are NOT allowed.
-- Indoor smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are NOT allowed in this house. No drug use on the property, including marijuana with a medical ID. We care about our neighbors and our home.
-- $50 PET FEE/PER PET! Only small and medium size dogs are allowed (weight not more then 30lb, ), but sorry, no cats.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with one camera on the exterior door in the front porch (records video and audio 24/7).
A second exterior camera maintained in the back yard (records video and audio 24/7).
These cameras are ONLY on the exterior for monitoring, and there are NO cameras on the inside of the house.
