We pay attention to the details to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. MAIN LIVING SPACE - The modern fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite bar counter is open to the dining and living space with coastal décor. Living room has new furnishings with comfy leather chairs.

2 BEDROOMS - Master suite has a king bed, with breathtaking view and sliders to the balcony. Private ensuite bathroom with a beautifully updated walk in shower. Spacious second bedroom with queen bed, and direct access to the second bathroom.
Both bedrooms have new TV's mounted over dressers.

BALCONY – Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the LARGEST balconies in the area. This unique curved balcony has ample luxury patio seating with a high top table and glider.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views!
Me and my parents stayed here for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is in a perfect location and we had the best time! You get beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the very spacious balcony and there is plenty of seating to relax. The host is very kind and responsive and checked in to make sure everything was good and that we were having a nice time. We will definitely be back!

PCB at Emerald Isle
Very nice property. The beach was beautiful and not overly congested with people; just enough to make it interesting. We met a lot of nice people who vacation at this location regularly. Understandably, as we plan on returning in the future.

Great Vacation
So we stayed at this same condo last year but in a different unit! So we knew we wanted to stay here again!! Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in! Everything was clean and ready for our stay!! The views from the balcony were just amazing all week long! Our first view minutes of being on the balcony, we spotted a manatee and stingrays!!! Having the beach closet with any and everything you’d need for a day at the beach was a plus too!! We hope to stay here again!!! We all enjoyed our time together here!!!

The condo is immaculate clean! They go above and beyond to make the condo feel like home. Gives access to a beach closet (located in hallway) with everything you could need for The beach with kids especially. We will definitely be booking with this owner again!(this is our 4th year staying in this building different owner before) and this is the best yet!

Magnificent Property
We enjoyed every minute of this vacation. Host Donna was magnificent with all details and communication was top notch. She checked in via text throughout our stay just to be sure we were ok and pleased. I would definitely book this again. Condo was top notch, clean, with great furnishings and lots of extras.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed in!
From the minute we walked in the door, our experience in this condo was amazing! It was so clean, so peaceful, and so simple. Donna was such a great host and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. We were close to many delicious restaurants and the beach access was incredible. We will definitely be returning to this condo!

Spectacular!
You won’t be disappointed! This 17th floor condo is clean, beautifully decorated, and is a wonderful place. We enjoyed the views of sunsets, rays, dolphins, and waves during our stay. The patio furniture is so nice and we spent so much time eating outside, playing games, and just enjoying the view. The little touches like the beautiful lamps, chandelier, and decorations were awesome. It was hard to leave!

Perfect in every way!
Priorities first: perfect beach view, spacious balcony, high quality balcony furniture, excellent condo decor, high end finishes, master shower = amazing!, short walk to the beach, comfortable beds, CLEAN, and excellent communication from the host. We loved the set of chairs and umbrella service that were included. In addition, host has a closet full of toys, chairs, floats, and goodies. Parking was easy with 3 levels of covered parking. (Fall break trip so it was not crowded). And, there are 4 elevators making access quick and easy. Pools were on the smaller side, but still nice. We have stayed at a lot of condos but this one is at the top as it checks every box. This condo is on the quieter end of PCB, but still very close to everything including pier park and restaurants. We will definitely book again when visiting PCB. Side note of a few favorites: Destiny Church, Crushed Glass Art PCB, Emerald Coast Theater Company, restaurants - Boon Docks, Back Porch, runaway island.

Great spot for vacation.
Property was more than we could ask for. Beach chair/umbrella setup lacks a lot. Wooden folding recliners. Can't sunbathe on them. Condo Assoc needs to rethink that decision to not go with plastic reclining chairs like next door on either side.
