Absokutely convenient to mountain village. Easy to park and get to room. Felt very secure through all gates and doors. We didnt use the pool or hotub but observed others enjoy multiple nights. Well maintained even though there is age to the building and units. Price was reasonable for location. Great stay
Accurate location and great value for a hotel room type condo.
Convenient to Park City Village and To get Into old Town Park City.
TV didn’t work, inly the Park City station but we did not come here to watch TV. Tried to turn it in for background noise so i guess it worked for that just now other channels.
Happy with my choice.
Property management is off site. There was never anyone available in the lobby despite we were told in advance. It was a decent walk to the base area. The room was serviceable but nothing special. The property offered a pool hot tub and laundry room but no other significant amenities. Our cable box went out during the stay and let's unable to be repaired or replaced. We were offered sympathy but nothing more

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Check-in, communication
I'd find another place
Check in was a problem. No details were given despite multiple messages sent via VRBO ap. Had to call and waste 30 min when it was past midnight in sub freezing temps. TV was undersized for room and had no guide feature. Walls/adjoining room door thin. Could hear everything when neighbors talked. Worst of all, room located above a very loud garage that opens and closes at random hours. Woke us up multiple times a night. Completely unacceptable.

Edelweiss Haus
We arrived after 7 pm, and after we got our keys out of the lock box and tried to get into the building the keys did not work. We had to call and they sent someone out to let us in. We then get to the room door and again the keys did not work, so we had to call again and were able to get a keypad code to enter. We put our bags in the room and got ready to go get dinner and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling that had dripped water all over the floor we also informed the workers of the problem. The wifi password on all documents was wrong, and again I had to call someone to get the password. The next morning we woke and started getting ready and there were no coffee cups for the provided coffee maker, so we told the guy at the desk and he didn't have any to give us and said he would get us one the next day. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable and the leak lasted almost our entire stay of 5 days. The location is great and Park City is a beautiful place, but we will not be staying here again.
