THIS STAY IS FOR TWO STAND ALONE HOMES SIDE-BY-SIDE - perfectly suited for your large family or group of friends. Centrally located, just ~15 minutes to Downtown Savannah or Tybee Island and its sunny beaches.

House 1: 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, sleeps up to 10 people.
House 2: 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, sleeps up to 9 people.

Both homes have laundry, great back yards, patio furniture, BBQ, & wood fire pit. Plus a fire table & 🍊

In the unlikely event you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing this complaint to us or the channel platform, you are authorizing us to come into the property and to solve the problem, fix anything, repair the home, or ensure the home is clean up to the standards that you require. If we are not made aware of the complaint in a timely manner during your stay, we cannot be help responsible for the issue, as we had no opportunity to remedy it.

These two private homes are nestled at a dead end cul-de-sac in a quiet, residential neighborhood on Whitemarsh Island. No through traffic. Being located just off of the Island Expressway allows us to be smack dab in the middle between Downtown Savannah & Tybee Beach, have the convenience of Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants right around the corner, all while still having a nice quite place to retreat at the end of the day when your adventures are done. There are neighbors here! Respecting quiet hours and the neighbors is extremely important. We are only able to provide this lovely home by working together with our wonderful community.

You'll have access to both entire homes! The garages are often stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach gear, depending on what other guests may have used. The backyards back up to the Island Expressway - your route out to the beaches! There is some noise from the road, but the fence and trees do block much out it out. This doesn't take away from all the fun of our back yard, though! And you can't hear the traffic from inside the houses at all.

These ~1400~1500sf homes can sleep up to 19 people (9 and 10 each). There are plenty of spaces for guests to spread out between the living rooms, dining rooms, kitchen table, backyard deck & fire pit. Not to mention guest can easily retreat back the bedrooms for rest and relaxation, most with a smart TV to watch cable or all your streaming apps. Both houses have high speed WIFI included. Plenty of parking too!

House 2: BR1 = King, BR2 = Queen, BR3 = Queen, BR4 = x2 Twins, LR = Sleeper Sofa.

This is the South! Enjoy classic Southern charm & hospitality, the Spanish Moss hanging in the backyard, and if you're lucky, even spot an alligator in the many channels and culverts.
