Nestled at the end of a quiet street, 5 minutes from downtown, this 5-bedroom / 3-bathroom home is perfectly situated and furnished to welcome you to our city with easy access to all that Asheville has to offer. From the living room windows, you'll enjoy views of Downtown Asheville and the mountains that lay just beyond.

5 minutes to Downtown Asheville // 25 minutes to AVL Airport

This newly renovated home is designed with guests in mind. Upon arrival, you'll enter into the lower landing, a perfect drop spot for shoes, jackets, and luggage while you explore the home (and divvy out bedrooms).

The lower level has two bedrooms and a shared bath, in addition to a multipurpose game room complete with laundry machines and a ping-pong table.

The stairs will take you up to the main level where you'll find the living room, dining area, and full kitchen, in addition to three more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee from the corner of the sectional sofa with views of downtown and the mountains.

You have a spacious screened-in porch off the back of the house perfect for enjoying the cool mountain evenings. There's also ample parking in the driveway.

Perfect group trip

Property was exactly as described. We had plenty of space for 8 people. We were able to have a meal out on the covered patio, play some games together in the upstairs living room, and enjoy time cooking in the kitchen. It is also a great location. Super fast trip to downtown Asheville.
