The home was perfect for our needs. One king bed plus a loft (access via ladder) with a full size mattress on floor (great for kids). The home was immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed.
Escaping our home in Las Vegas to this cabin was a treat for resting and relaxing. Just enough luxury and well equipped for meals and streaming tv. Comfortable bed too. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. Communication was easy and the location is accessible down a short paved driveway. It was snowing just a bit so we didn’t use the firewood we bought for the fire pit but it was ready to go for those that would sit in the cold. Our dogs enjoyed the trip with their long tie outs they could explore “on leash” since the cabin yard adjoins the main home and garage. We felt safe and secure in a cabin that appears to be made with love.
Papas house is a beautiful little cabin tucked into the side of a peaceful mountain range. My family enjoyed warm nights in the cabin and relaxing by a fire and amazing star gazing. I will be staying here again for future trips to Flagstaff.
Our stay was comfortable and and we had everything we needed for a cozy weekend away from the city. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft and the outside swing. The property is right by a nice hiking trail that we enjoyed. We look forward to visiting again.
The cabin is very nice and well cleaned. It’s on the property with the owners house but faces away from the house toward the hills making it private to sit out front. The king bed is great. The cabin is nicely decorated. It’s convenient to Flagstaff, Sedona, and The Grand Canyon. We would stay again. The only thing to note is the shower is a contemporary bathtub. It looks nice but is a high step to get into the tub. This could give older folks a problem. A small step would help. It was a great stay for us. Thanks
This cabin was very nice. It was at the end of a country road so there was no traffic. It was also close to the owner's home if something were needed.
One thing I was unaware of is that there is no air conditioning, however there was a cooling fan in the master bedroom. Very cute!
Very clean beautiful property. Everything was well stocked. Nice hiking trails close by. Communication with the host was great. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful, fun cabin in a great location. Everything was well stocked which was much appreciated! We would have loved to have time to appreciate the fire pit outside. The kids enjoyed the swing! We highly recommend!
Absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean cabin in secluded area offering privacy! Excellent and timely communications with hosts. Guest Welcome Book and clear directions to property provided. Short two-night stay with my Husky where he explored the surrounding area (long leash tied to tree) while I enjoyed sitting on front patio taking in the fresh, crisp air / scenery with good book in hand. Comfortable beds and soak tub on a cold night was definitely made use of! Gas heat stove was easy to use and provided sufficient warmth. Full size laundry room not used but impressive if needed. Hosts were kind enough to welcome my son and his pupper to stay the 2nd night which wasn’t the initial plan but rather last minute request to hosts. Will certainly stay again!
This property had lots of high end quality. The craftsmanship was beautiful. It was a very clean, cozy cabin & well stocked. The view of the San Francisco Peaks was breath taking.
Sadly, we had no snow for Christmas 😏
We enjoyed our visit. Location of the cabin was at the end of the road, with easy access. It was a very quiet place. Could hear the wind blow thru pine trees. The cabin had a rustic feel, but everything so nice and comfortable. We especially liked the open area for hiking. We would stay again.
The cabin was very nice and well-maintained. We stayed there one night with our two huskies. It doesn't feel like a cabin way out in the woods somewhere, but the neighborhood is quasi-rural/forest. The cabin is fairly newly built and feels larger inside than the impression one gets from outside. We will probably come and stay in it again with our youngest grandkids
