Wrights Beach - The house has a magnificent unobstructed 180 degree view of Wrights Beach and the Pacific Ocean. It is difficult to imagine a better view. The house has undergone a recent dramatic upgrade while respecting its mid-century origins. The house is owned by an architect and renowned landscape artist. Attention to detail is to be seen throughout the house. The house features maple flooring throughout, and white walls and ceilings to capture light and showcase the artwork.
The entrance courtyard features an outdoor dining deck with BBQ linked to the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, glass mosaic splashbacks and stainless steel appliances.
The living and dining area feature a continuous glass window 35 feet long with a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The living room has a HDTV, DirectTV, Blu-ray player and free wi-fi throughout the house. A propane fireplace completes the comfortable ambience. The dining table is a contemporary glass table which is situated in the corner of the space with a spectacular view up the Sonoma coastline.
There is a half bathroom for the use of any guests.
The two bedrooms are distinctly different in character. The ocean view bedroom has a wonderful view and opens onto a deck with reclining deck chairs. This bedroom has a bathroom en-suite.
The second bedroom is the courtyard bedroom. This bedroom features a HDTV and propane fireplace. It also has access to a private courtyard with views to the inland hills. It too has an en-suite bathroom.
On the west edge of the house is a timber deck measuring 10 feet x 25 feet. This deck has 4 Adirondack chairs surrounding a propane fire table to enjoy sunsets and the full view of the spectacular coastline.
The house has off-street parking, a Tesla charging station, and a bocce court with the best ocean view!
The house is situated next to the Sonoma State Coastal Park. This park features the Kortum trail, which is a walk along the headlands towards Jenner. Along the way, are secluded beaches accessible from the walking trail.
If you are looking for a place to escape and unwind in a sophisticated environment, then this cannot be surpassed!

Guests are free to log in to wi-fi (ID:LOUWTIDE. Password: 7155cliff.). The internet has unlimited access and a strong signal. All Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO MAX, Sling etc etc are streamed with no buffering. Same with calls and WhatsApp. Verizon works best, but any cellphone carrier can access the wi-fi.
