We enjoyed the spacious, safe and convenient location of the property. The metro, street food, restauarnts, grocery stores, street markets are within walking distance. The property has an elevator and friendly security team. Recommended for short and long stays.

Special thank to our mosquito farm.
A special thank to the mosquito farm and family for tasting our delicious blood. Plus the amazing special noise from our neighbour. If you need proof of pictures. Last thing it’s would be nice to have a night light or a fan. But is a great location. It’s a little small thing and thought with condensation of the weather in Mexico City. As a host .

Don’t stay here if you want running water.
The place itself is completely fine; but I wasn’t told before booking that they are rationing water - I couldn’t wash my hands, or shower, or flush the toilet- there was just no water when you opened the taps. After asking both via text and call, I was informed 12 hours later that Mexico City was limiting water and so I was most likely to get water at 5am and 10pm. The property manager said there is nothing they can do about it, and that no place in Mexico City had water. My cousins down the street had water so I knew that was not true. I get that it isn’t necessarily their fault there isn’t water but it is their fault that when I raised it they told me it was my problem and I could use jars of water from the water closet, no refund, or rebate or help to move to another place with running water. They also implied that i was unreasonable for expecting working plumbing.
I tried calling vrbo to see what options we had and vrbo took over an hour, connected me with more than three people who kept passing me off to someone else, and then finally to the owner of the building (not the man I had been dealing with). The owner told me they only vrbo could reimburse me, screamed at me (admittedly mutual by then) talked over me (I am a woman) and didn’t care that his ad was misleading - if you know there isn’t much water or there is rationing PUT IT IN THE LISTING. so yeah don’t stay here unless you want non working plumbing and people screaming at you.
I stayed for 6 weeks, it’s a great place. Very secure, 24hr guard and a 1/4 mile walk to Parque Mexico where a similar unit would be 2-3 times per night. Communication with the owner was excellent, the place is equipped with everything you need. It doesn’t say in the listing but there is WiFi and a washer (hang dry) which worked fine. I would definitely stay at this property again.
Everything went nice and smooth from checking to check out.
A nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. And very quiet. They have an elevator.
It’s in a safe area and lots of restaurants close by and transportation.
They have the security guys 24hrs. And all they are
very nice .
I will recommend this place a
