Tranquil Lake Lyman House Rules
Our commitment to you, our guest, is that we remain transparent with what is expected when you travel with us. We want you to have the best travel experience and we would love for you to return. To ensure this, we truly appreciate your cooperation with our House Rules. Please confirm you have read and understand the following within 48 hours of your confirmed booking.

- No shoes to be worn while in the house.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm.
- Please keep the house key in a safe place. We do understand it is possible you can lose your key. If you have been locked out or you have lost your key, please contact the host manager immediately, for a replacement. We will do our best to get you back in as quickly as possible, however, be advised that it can take up to 30 minutes to an hour for help to reach to you.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- We care about your stay and that certainly includes providing a safe environment for families with little ones. However children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times.
- For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes but is not limited to ovens, coffee machines, fans, hair straighteners and portable device chargers.
- Fishing is a great pastime on this lake, even at night. If you are taking your personal boat on the water, particularly at night, please be respectful of the residents and wildlife on and surrounding the lake.
- Travelers with boats are to be advised that Horse power speeds are restricted to 90cc outboard and 135cc inboard.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Also please discard all cigarette buds in the rubber trash can on the main level deck. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- Please wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- Parking is provided on the driveway side by side for up to 2 cars. Our driveway is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs and up to 4 cars. Please do not park on the roadway.
- There are 4 kayaks available on the property for guests to use. Ores and life vests are located behind the sofa in the lower level bedroom. We ask when leaving the property, that all kayaks be re-stacked on the rack and all life vests returned to the room.
- Feel free to use the gas BBQ grill outside on the main level deck, that is there for your use and recreational enjoyment. As with all appliances and amenities, you will find it clean on your arrival, with the understanding, it will be left clean after use.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture aside from setting up space for the rollaway bed and futon.
- If you would like to host an event, please contact your host manager for approval as number of event-guests applies.
- To maintain the peaceful serenity of your vacation home and to not disturb the other residents on the lake, we do not allow parties in our home.
