Studio Beach Condo Rental

Overall-this was perfect for my husband and myself. It does appear that this particular condo project is going through some issues with maintenance. One elevator was not working and from what we heard from residents there was that it hasn't been working for over a month. The path to get to the beach was a bit overgrown and I got several prickers in my feet. Also-Large cockroaches around the garbage bins and by the lobby doors. We have stayed at the Kima condos in comparison and they were better maintained than this one. Inside the condo it was comfortable and clean with pretty much anything you would need to enjoy your time at the beach. We would stay there again!

Spring Break

This condo was perfect for two people. It is very comfortable, and is furnished with most anything you might need. We especially liked the location as it is within walking distance of several restaurants, a grocery store and a drug store. The fact that we didn't have to fight traffic to find someplace to eat or buy snacks was wonderful. Also, it has a very nice pool area and the beach is beautiful!

Perfect location

This is a cute studio condo with a perfect location. You get to see the sunset every night and hear the ocean waves all Day and night. This is our second time staying here. We love it and Brad was very good to deal with. Always answered questions right away.

Excellent little condo for 2

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was excellent and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. The location was perfect for the 2 of us and the facility as well as the unit were super clean. The Beach area was great also although the City was working on the Beach Dunes our 1st few days and we couldnt access the Beavh without walking several blocks but this was just a timing issue, no fault of the owners or the facility. We loved our stay here and are already planning a return visit in the future. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a couples getaway.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! We hope to return! The view, location and room amenities were perfect! We are simple and not fussy people so could make ourselves at home even though it needed updated. I liked that their were plenty of sheets because I always cover the furniture anyway wherever we stay so I wouldn't have to bring them at this condo. There was coffee and coffee filters paper towels and toilet paper. A few spices and cooking oil. Fully equipped kitchen. I didn't realize it was a studio room but since the bed goes up easily into the wall there was a lot of space to move around. I'm 66 and had 2 shoulder replacements and could do it myself. I was surprised because it's a king bed. The bed was comfortable because we like it on the soft side and not hard. It's foam but not hot to us. We could walk to a few good restaurants and Winn-Dixie is across the street. Most people could walk to CVS but we didn't. Parking garage was easy and we felt safe. I personally like that you need a key to get on and off the beach and in the pool due to safety now days. The beach was never crowded even though you were next to the public beach. The public beach has a small band some days and a snack bar with drinks and alcohol which we used. We do wish the owner didn't use Vrbo because there are a lot of hidden fees but you will see that when you get to the Pay now page. Hiding fees is a real problem today in everything you do but this is no fault to the owner. Thank you for a great time!

Excellent Condo

We loved our stay! Everything was easy and as pictured. Brad & Susie answered all my questions quickly and kindly. It was a lovely property with excellent beach access. It is older and needs some updates but it was clean, efficient and had everything you need for your stay. We will definitely go again!

Location is everything

The location was perfect. Easy access on and off the elevator to the room. Easy access to the pool, hot tub and the beach!! The balcony has perfect sunset views. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. We had a great week!!

Terrific stay

This condo was just as described. It was perfect for my husband and I. From relaxing on the beach, enjoying the pool, and watching manatees and dolphins from our balcony, just made our stay perfect. Communicating with the owner was fast and easy, and never had any issues. Can’t waist to go back and enjoy this area and condo again! It was a terrific trip from start to finish!

Great On-beach studio

This place was perfect for 2 people. Condo has what you need for your stay. Older furnishing, kitchen and decor, but for us we didnt care. Building was very safe, you need key fob or code to move about. Balcony looking out to ocean is nice! I would stay again.

Lovely beach location

We just left to return to the “frozen north” after 2 great weeks in this studio! The view from the 6th floor is great, the access to the never ending beach is simple and the room had every thing we needed to enjoy our time there. We walked for miles, collected way too many shells, saw dolfins, and enjoyed the beach almost every afternoon. The one windy day was spent off the beach at the pool and hot tub complex. Sunset views were right directly out from the room if not from the beach. We got a Tampa City pass and access to the museums, aquariums and Clearwater boat ride we’re never a problem. We visited State Park beaches to the south and north and enjoyed the ride along the coast almost as much as the parks themselves. We will be returning!

Ocean Sands

Location on beach is good. Traffic in neighborhood is heavy. Unit is very small and somewhat dated. Murphy bed only. Small kitchenette with full-size appliances. Washer & dryer are a convenience. Nice pool and hot tub in complex. No workout room. Price is all about location on the beach.

We have rented two different studio oceanfront condos at Ocean Sands. Beautiful condos with everything you could need. The grounds, pool, hot tub, and even parking garage are spotless. We will def. book here again!

Great Condo and Owner

Everything needed was provided. Great view, restaurants across the street and groceries close by. We are in our mid 70’s and everything was easy. IMPORTANT Note: when the owner gives you a code to get in the front door, press the star (*) then the code. This will get you to the elevators. When you go to the beach, use the fob on the key chain. THEN, when you return through the beach gate to the door to get to the elevators, just punch in the code - no star (*) needed before the code. These instructions were not on my sister’s instructions in another unit either. I don’t know why the association doesn’t inform people, as it is impossible to get in otherwise. Great owners with fast response.

BEFORE WE PURCHASED, WE LOOKED AT MANY CONDOS & THIS UNIT WAS EASILY THE MOST BEAUTIFUL. We purchased this unit because it has ALL THE AMENITIES you'd ever need on vacation. It's the perfect location, RIGHT ON THE BEAUTIFUL WHITE SAND with gorgeous wide-open views. It got a huge pool & hot tub. The building has 24 hour friendly security & the tropical grounds are beautiful. The covered parking is very convenient & it has two elevators!
