well, only 2 things I see that could be improved: fence off the driveway to make a fully enclosed backyard, And put lights in the living and ding room. Great communication with the host. Very clean. Well supplied. Host gave us info on things to do and the various restaurants. Was very cold during our stay, which was what we wanted. Things would be in walking distance when warmer. Highly recommend!
Very nice house just as described,. The only thing is there was no use of a washer and dryer would have been nice since we stayed a week we did find a wash and fold about 15 minutes away so it worked out
Easy checkin, great host communication, 5 mins from attraction sites, very spacious, clean and comfortable home. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book again!
This house was a very nice and spacious. It is located very close to the falls . The host was super nice and responsive.my dogs loved the walks in the neighborhood. We had an awesome time. Will definitely recommend this house.
Beautiful home! Very close to the falls and state park's. House had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Owner recommended Mr. M's for pub style food. Wings and tots were fantastic! Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our first family trip to Niagara Falls. The house was clean and well stocked. Great water pressure for hot showers after a full day of walking. The small backyard was sufficient for our dogs and the weather cooperated so we could enjoy the backyard table/chairs while grilling. The location is super close to Niagara Falls state park and we walked during the day. Sadly, the neighborhood is very rough, so we did not feel safe enough to walk in the evenings. Outside of the state park, the US side had very few attractions to offer and was really sketchy, so if we return, we’ll stay on the Canadian side.
The property was very clean and extremely
comfortable. 1 mile from the Rainbow bridge and very accessible to all Niagara attractions. The back patio and yard was nice for a glass of wine and barbecue after a day of sight seeing. Our dog enjoyed the backyard. Thneighborhood

Nice place! Very close to the park. Had everything we needed for our family of 4 plus our fur babies. The doors to the bedrooms don't close/open very well. Other than that, it was good.
The property was in great condition. There were a few minor issues but nothing that would affect our rating. the communication was great. The neighborhood is kinda scary but plenty cameras on the property. great place if you want to bring your dogs also.
We enjoy our stay, as we travel with dog sometimes it is hard to find place to stay. This place was perfect for us! Manager was very helpful and kind, due to some unexpected circumstances we had to move our trip for one day, Robert helped me to move it without any issues, really thankful for that!!!!
Great little house. Easy drive to the various state parks and some very nice dog parks. The stairs were a bit tough for these old legs. As stated in other reviews the neighborhood is pretty run down. Some other locals recommended driving and minimize walking. Thanks for letting us stay.
I was invited to go on vacation as a first time grandma with my daughter’s family and we chose this home due to proximity to the Falls. Although technically close enough to walk and we felt totally safe at the home, the walk to the Falls is not a terrific stroll and we chose to drive each day. I mentioned the baby and Robert quickly provided a high chair and pack and play bed so we didn’t have to bring one. With only one bathroom, we had to contact Robert when we had a slight issue and it was resolved quickly and effectively. There have obviously been upgrades done to the house and the decorating is tastefully done. Beds were comfortable and we had a nice time. It is sad to see the NY side of Niagara being so run down but this home was secure and we had a nice time.
The house was beautifully decorated. Spacious for the 4 of us. Huge TV’s and central air worked great. We felt safe on this block, considering the town is a bit rundown. We enjoyed our stay.
