Beautiful waterfront home just a few minutes from all of the action in downtown St. Pete. Enjoy everything that Florida has to offer. Fantastic waterfront home, amazing parks, and the most vibrant downtown that you can imagine. Minutes from the Gulf of Mexico beaches and you are so close to downtown that there isn't even a traffic light. Great for corporate housing or if you just want to explore the area. Great waterfront neighborhood in close proximity to downtown. You get the best of both worlds, the tropical waterfront lifestyle yet around the corner from an ultra-modern city with everything that you would want. Imagine biking around our amazing city with endless waterfront parks from this beautiful home. There isn't even a traffic light between here and downtown!
