With a full size washer and dryer, you won't have to worry about not packing enough clothes. The island in the kitchen is great to have the children sit around while you cook in our kitchen that is filled with essential cooking supplies. It's perfect for city life without the city.
Please note there is a train line that passes by about a quarter of a mile from our property. Many guests find the train passing by to be a charming aspect of the local experience. It can be noisy especially for light sleepers. We want to ensure full transparency and make sure out guests are aware of this unique characteristic of our location.

*Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000.00 in damages done to the dwelling & contents.

*Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

*Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
