This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with family. The host even made sure we had a DVD player to watch wedding videos! Over the top!
The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of room to spread out and plenty of activities to keep the parents and kids happy. Close proximity to attractions as well. I would definitely recommend this house. The owner was also very accommodating and friendly
House was exactly as shown in the pictures. Owners were very responsive. Beds were comfortable with plenty of towels for the family. Kids (big and little) loved the large bunkbeds upstairs. We would definitely book this home again.
What an amazing place and owner! The cabin is very big and cozy at the same time, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers are amazing! My wife, four teenage daughters and I stayed here for 5 days and had a blast. Having four teenage daughters, the tankless water heater was invaluable, and they love the beds upstairs. We had a couple of issues (not the fault of the owner) and the owner called and resolved them very quickly, I couldn’t believe how responsive he was. I would definitely recommend this cabin.
This cabin will be in my girls memory forever! I brought my 17 & 11 year old daughter and 2 friends to celebrate my daughter’s 11th birthday! The place is so impressive when you walk in it’s breathtaking. The girls absolutely loved the bunk room and loft area. I loved the coffee bar and beautiful bathtub. Absolutely amazing!!!
Spacious, comfortable, right between the two towns we visited. Grandkids enjoyed the video games, hot tub, and the ping pong table. They also enjoyed the forest. We enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evening. Also morning coffee on the decks.
Had a great stay! The host was very responsive. The home had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to Capilano suspension bridge and downtown
This cabin is absolutely gorgeous! Tons of fun games to play! Large awesome jacuzzi! Super comfy beds! Fantastic showers! Great Communication from the host! Food, shopping and lake are all near by! I could go on and on! I highly recommend this amazing cabin! We will definitely be booking this one again! 🙌
The property was just as pictured and described. It was a great space indoors and outdoors. The layout allowed for a good time together, but enough space for time alone. I loved the high ceilings and watching the trees from every angle. You could easily spend the trip at the home the entire time, but there are several activities restaurants, souvenir shops, and the Beavers Bend State Park all within a 10-15 minute drive. The only 4 stars were based on the dirt/gravel road needs to be paved or grated, which is very difficult in smaller or lower profile cars. I would stay there again!
Peaceful, comfortable, plenty to do, spacious, clean.
We went for a quick weekend getaway before our daughter graduates next week. The house is just as nice as the photos. We had plenty of space and the owner has many options of things to do at the house.
Great location. We were 15 mins from everything we wanted to do. Looking to see if we can make it back in July!
The only recommendation- have some spray to clean the kitchen counter tops.
The place was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay.
Two issues;
Master bedroom fireplace did not work.
The roads are terrible especially when it rains.
Had a 2 night stay here on Nov 25th-27th and this cabin had everything we could ask for...it felt like our home away from home....definitely will be returning for another stay!!
Home was lovely, new and fresh. Indoor and outdoor living space offered plenty of amenities. Outdoor space included fireplace, tv, hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole board. Inside was tvs in every room, plenty of seating and sleeping area. Very nice arcade games in loft area Property is great for large family and kids. You could literally never leave the property and still have a great time with plenty yo do.
The home was perfect for our needs. My parents and Uncle/Aunt were able to stay in the 2 king size bedrooms on the 1st floor. It was easy for them to visit in the kitchen, living room and on the back porch. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies for me to prepare their meals. We used the gas grill outside on the back porch/deck to prepare steaks. Easy to use the gates on the back porch to keep little old dogs from escaping. Everything was perfect!
We gathered the family’s for our 40th anniversary. The property and house were prefect. The games , hot tub and large back porch were a big hit especially since it stormed 1 day and all night the next day. Everyone had their own space , but we had plenty of space to gather and talk/laugh and eat . Best anniversary yet ! Thank you Michael!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt so comfortable. Plenty of space gave us room to breathe. We enjoyed the hot tub, cornhole game, outdoor sitting area, fire pit, spacious kitchen, living room, games upstairs, and comfortable beds. The only suggestion I have is to install shades or curtains on the windows in the upstairs bunk room and on the back door in the main bedroom so that longer sleep and privacy is possible. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to return.
