Entire Inn Block & restaurant!

Rare opportunity, 8 room, 8 bath entire Inn block, sleeps 18 guests. Each private bedroom has its own on suite full bath and comes equipped with tv, mini fridge, ac, closet and extra bedding. Full-service restaurant on the first floor open to the public for lunch and dinner but can be rented at an additional cost for a private event. The restaurant will serve as common space for our inn guests from the hours of 8a-10:15a. Parking for up to 11/12 cars. Large windows throughout, bright & spacious. Spotless and spacious. Have the entire place to yourself!

The Space:
The inn was recently renovated with comfortable size rooms equipped with TVs, mini fridge and air-conditioning thought. Select rooms feature a spa bath. The first floor is home to a full service restaurant and bar which has been an extremely convenient amenity for our guests. We offer restaurant rentals as well to our guests looking for host a private event, rehearsal dinner and more. There are also a number of dining options available within a 5-10 minutes’ drive. It’s truly a place where comfort meets convenience – perfect for travelers like you.

Other Things to Note:
- The restaurant has a bar but is only open during restaurant hours, 10p latest during the season.
- Please note this is Rheas Kitchen & Inn. There is a different hotel called Rheas by the Sea. These are two separate locations.
- The rental of the rooms does not include the rental of the restaurant; restaurant is prices at an additional cost
