Designed with relaxation in mind this property offers all the amenities of home allowing guests to simply sit back and relax in cottage country. Primary Bedroom: 1 king size bed and 2 singles sleeps 4 with 4 pc ensuite
Guest Bedroom: 1 queen size sleeps 2 with 3 pc ensuite

LIVINGROOM: Has a smart TV perfect for watching movies after a long day on the water. Or enjoy your time by the gas fireplace and chat the night away with a drink in hand.

LAUNDRY: Stackable washing machine and dryer available for guest use.

OUTDOORS: A hightop table is provided for guest use that overlooks the water perfect for dinners outside or for enjoying a morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful views. Enjoy the fire pit using the four muskoka chairs provided and roast some marshmallows after a long day of swimming or boating on the muskoka river. This property does not have a dock but there is a concrete boardwalk wide enough for lounging and muskoka chairs. For guests who wish to enjoy the water there are cleats to tie up your boat as well as a swim ladder for guests to access the water. The water is deep off the swim ladder perfect for those who love to swim.
