Nice property, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Only reason why not 5* is the location facing the highway, not 80’ away.
Overall the great communication and great stay!
This was the perfect home base for exploring the area. Easy to get to and close to everything. Everything was clean and in working order with plenty of room to feel at home. Back patio was perfect for morning coffee and late night stargazing as well. It is right off the highway but thick windows and light white noise from fans makes that a non issue. Would stay here again.
Out
To house is good but right next to a busy highway. It gives a lot of noise at night. The air conditioning is also very loud when active. Both of these make it harder to get a good night sleep.
What I didn’t like the most is the extra rules they apply. You have to sign a waiver. It does mention this on vrbo but this is very unusual. They also take a deposit which never happened to me in any booking I have done.
In the end I got so many emails from the owner reminding me about the waiver, etc. It really put me off.
I wouldn’t book again

Fantastic location in the Moab
This condo was extremely clean and felt brand new. Had great window coverings so you can sleep in while on vacation our kids loved the Pickleball paddles and pool access. Would definitely stay again condo had everything we needed for our vacation. You can also walk to the rodeo a must do.
The Condo location was excellent and the amenities were outstanding. Jeff went way and above the normal host duties, his instructions were excellent. I had lost my keys while at the condo, he immediately notified me, the cleaners had found them and quickly mailed them to me. Thank you Jeff !!!!

4 nights of comfort exploring Arches/Canyonlands
Place is modern, roomy and comfortable. kitchen is well appointed - we did not lack for any cooking utensils and loved that we did not have to have plastic plates/glasses! Comfy king sized beds. Sunrise on back patio and sunset on front patio. We lacked for nothing. There are bike racks on front porch. The 2 pools and hot tub looked inviting but no time to enjoy. Plenty of hot water for 4 people showering back to back. It was awesome to have a washer/dryer & detergent! Property is located right on Hwy 191 and traffic noise was not a prob since front facing bdrm has triple pane windows. Showers had shampoo and conditioner but no bar soap or body wash.
The condo was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed.Very spacious across the main floor and upstairs bedrooms.Located in a very nice, new complex.Check in was seamless and Jeff responded quickly to any questions we had and was really very helpful.
Would definitely recommend staying here!
Loved the property. Absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. It will be amazing when the landscaping is finished! We would absolutely stay here again. Agent was welcoming and very responsive. Thank you!
We visit Moab on a regular basis and have stayed at many different VRBO’s as well as hotels.
This is the second time we have stayed at this complex and always love it! The unit was very clean on arrival. Communication with Jeff was stellar, and the place was great! Will be returning, hopefully sooner than later:)

Roomy and Restful
The home was clean, roomy and convenient to the highway. Responsive to our communications as well. It was ideal for our weekend hitting the national parks.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. It was great!
I’ve stayed at several short rental places and this is by far one of the top 3! The attention to detail by the property manager (Jeff) really went a long way towards making our arrival and stay very pleasant. We definitely plan to use and recommend this property for future trips to Moab!
We stayed at 23A2, VRBO condo rental April 9th to 16th with Utah Escapes LLC.
We appreciated a very clean, seemingly spotless VRBO rental though we suspect much of this was due to the first-time use of many condo items but still, it was nice to experience very clean kitchen cutlery, cups, bowls, plates and very new, thick towels for the bathrooms.
We noticed very quickly that this rental had no window screens so when opening windows to enjoy the cooler day and night temps, a lot of red sand and dust would blow through and accumulate on the floor and many other surfaces. We did attempt to vacuum these areas but this did little to prevent more sand from blowing in. So, the caveat is that the surrounding grounds is 90% red dirt and dust with little to no landscaping. This was understandable to us because we observed quite a bit of condo/townhouse building planned around this rental unit which also led to extra truck traffic, dump trucks and dust. We also experienced that the condo next door to ours was being furnished and heard banging and drilling one night until midnight. Not good, but this only happened one night and we were able to voice our concern with the next-door furnishing crew who were very respectful and friendly and willing to help with this issue.
However, with little to no landscaping around our VRBO rental, people would ride their dirt bikes just outside our VRBO front porch which was very disruptive with noise pollution and extra dust and dirt in the air. This would often occur in the evening when we were back in the condo from a long day of hiking. So, I’d be on the lookout for speedy, off-road vehicles that could potentially be dangerous for condo renters and also disturb any quiet time.
We needed AC for the first few days of our stay, and surprisingly we didn’t realize it was not fully turned on until our 3rd day at the condo. Other than stuffy upstairs bedrooms with the lack of AC, we spent much our day hiking and visiting national parks. I finally checked the breaker box and figured out that the AC was not switched on. Thank you Jeff for the communication in this situation.
We missed end tables in the bedrooms where clearly the two end tables for one bed were split with the 2nd bedroom. So as comfortable as the king size beds were, one person had no end table for their night stuff.
The traffic noise level from truck and car traffic was especially loud most hours of the day & night.
