Centrally located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Shop El Paseo Palm Desert by day and cruise a convertible Porcha by night, down Palm Canyon - Palm Springs. Being a Local Desert Dweller, I can tell you this property is centrally located. If you are looking to Cruise Palm Canyon in Palm Springs or check out the shopping on El Paseo in Palm Desert this is your best location.

What makes this property unique
So many things make this property special. My favorite part is the outdoor living. A large beautiful salt water pool, heated. Out door hammock, bathroom and shower. BBQ of coarse, also, a fire pit, coaches and pool floats.
