We’ve combined the style of Cali’s celebrity playground Palm Springs with the laid back philosophy of Texas small towns and rolling hills. PSTX has everything you need to unwind for a weekend, or disappear for a week. Sound too good to be true? See for yourself…

We want PSTX to become your favorite secret getaway, so we made sure it’s got everything to make your stay wonderful: enough room to sleep 8, a bright, open living/dining space for entertaining or meetings, multiple outdoor seating and dining areas, ample parking space, several decks for lounging, a classic swimming pool with sun shelf, bocce ball court, firepit and lots of space to roam.

Close enough to the places you want to go...
26 minutes to Round Top for the antique show, 16 minutes to Brenham, 40 minutes to La Grange, and 11 minutes to quaint downtown Bellville… we are close enough to some of the best small town life in Texas.

…and far enough from the places you need to get away from.
An hour from Houston, less than 2 hours from Austin, a 2.5 hour drive from San Antonio, and 3.5 hrs from Dallas, leave the work at home and come enjoy nouveau country life.

Truly beyond compare! Palm Springs in Texas!

The property is beautiful inside and out. The living area features large comfortable seating with an unbelievable open concept kitchen. Lots of windows with lovely views. The bedrooms are appointed exactly right with convenient full bathrooms. The design of this modern home is stunning, communication is excellent, amenities are thoughtful, exceeds all exceptions. Great stay

This house was perfect for a girls trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outside area of this home. Even in July, we sat under the trees in the evening to enjoy meals and play games. The home was comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating and quickly addressed any questions we had.

Escape

PSTX served as a quite respite from city life. A drive away from local small towns and the vintage finds in Round Top, it was a delight to be in a home that surrounds you with modernism and nature.

A tranquil retreat …..of endless delights!

This house is a modern marvel nestled in the peaceful Texas countryside, while conveniently close to shopping, dining, and dancing. Staying here is a delight in itself, with options to relax by the pool, sip a Manhattan while watching the sunset, or engage in exciting games of bocce ball. The first-class amenities and impeccable decor add a touch of luxury to the experience. It's a serene resort-like oasis that offers peace and tranquility like no other. Whether you're grilling outdoors or cooking in, the property caters to your culinary desires. Overall, this place is a true gem, providing a serene and whimsical vacation in Texas! Love it!

Wonderful Retreat

We lucked out to find the most special home not far from Round Top! We were a group of moms from Houston on a buying trip and it could not have been more perfect! All the amenities you could ever need, clean, and a great escape at the end of a long day to have wine and dinner with friends. We sat at night by the pool with music and cocktails and enjoyed the peace and quiet! We even saw fire flys which was a special sight! Lovely home and super responsive owner! We will be back again soon!

Gorgeous Property! Great get-away

Imagine the hippest mid-century relax/party palace was teleported from Palm Springs California circa 1960, got stuck in a time/space continuum and then fell out of the sky and landed on a ranch in Texas hill country in 2023. Not joking. The attention to architectural detail and decor is impressive, with the modern conveniences and entertainment systems all updated to 2023 standards. Our group had a fabulous get-away here, enjoyed the house immensely. So much so that we didn’t leave the property once. (wish we had because turns out there is also lots of fun stuff to explore). Jeff was a great host, good commutator and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Strongly recommended.
