Beautiful ceramic tile covers the floors throughout the main living areas with plush new carpets in the bedrooms.
The living room features a large comfortable sectional sofa and stylish side chair, well appointed with a 42” plasma flat screen smart HDTV with ROKU, Bluetooth stereo and Wi-Fi Internet. This room opens to a large balcony with breathtaking views of the mountain landscape, pool and lush gardens. Enjoy the amazing desert sunsets from this balcony as you sip cocktails or BBQ dinner with the gas grill provided. (no charcoal to clean up).
For the chef, we provide a fully equipped kitchen including, new refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster oven, food processor, crock pot, blender, mixer, spices and more. You’ll find plenty of casual and fine dishes for whatever the occasion.
This spacious floor plan has great separation of bedrooms and baths, perfect for couples traveling together. The expansive master suite features a CA King bed, 32” flat screen smart TV, separate bath with soaking tub and shower, vanity and dressing area with plenty of storage for clothes/ linens and access to the large west-facing balcony. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, large closet, smart HDTV and its own adjoining patio where you can watch the magnificent desert sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. A full sized bath with shower and tub is just outside the guest bedroom.

The Mesquite Golf Course is in the process of being converted to a natural land preserve called the Prescott Preserve. The Mesquite property is spread over 33 acres and features 5 lakes, mature trees with 800 palm trees and 7 bridges. There are plenty of amenities including tennis courts, swimming pools, spas, walking and biking trails. All pools have chaise lounges and tables/chairs. And there is ample parking for guests.
The Mesquite CC is conveniently located just three miles from downtown Palm Springs and minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport. OPTIONAL FEES
For stays of 28 nights or longer, a utility deposit is collected for gas and electricity and the amount is based on the length of stay. For these long term stays, we provide an allowance for utilities. The actual charges above the allowance are deducted from the utility deposit and the remainder returned to the guest.
