This newly renovated contemporary cool condo is privately owned and offers 2 comfy bed rooms, equipped kitchen, intimate bathroom, fireplace, modern lights and a stellar Beachfront view of the ocean and Boardwalk from top floor. This clean hotel style beauty has a happy vibe perfect for small family, close friends and lovers.

*We will send you simple check in instructions the date before you arrival, including how to get elevator key card and register for one free parking. The Entry code will be sent to you on the date you checkin before 4pm.

*Front desk and services--Only available to on-site rental. We are not affiliated with the front desk. PLEASE Contact Us DIRECTLY if you need help or services.

Fantastic location for CCMF

Loved the proximity to restaurants and beach. Loud being just above Rip Tydz but that’s part of the experience. Condo nice and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It accommodated most of our needs. Wished it had an iron and board, but it did not, and I do believe it could a deep clean, but for the most part it was nice and convenient.

Excellent condo, great location right on the beach. Walking distance to all Myrtle shopping. Great communication with the owners. Perfect for up to 4 people. Highly recommended

It was a bit tighter then we would have liked, but the view from the balcony, the sound of the waves, the proximity to everything was sublime: Would go again but just the wifey and I next time

Very nice

Charles and Maggie are very nice people and very accommodating. The room was very clean and the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. My youngest son and I went for a little r and r and to get out of the upstate N.Y. cold and would definitely consider returning.

Nice clean efficiency. Did not fathom it had no living room, but that is my fault. 2 bedrooms, nice comfy beds and linens. We enjoyed our stay, however won’t stay again because I need a comfy couch. Kitchen was nice, nice coffee bar.
