The kitchen has all the tools and utensils needed to cook your favorite home cooked meals.
A workstation along with a printer is available if you need to get work done if needed. Fast speed WIFI 480.
The outdoor space includes couches and lounges perfect for relaxing in the sun. Many umbrellas offer shade if you prefer. There is a gas grill along with a fire pit for cooler evenings.

Why they chose this property
Seminole is centrally located between the gulf and Tampa bay. There is so much to explore within minutes. Our neighborhood is so quiet. While in the bs yard you will only hear the birds chirping and the rustling of trees from the squirrels playing. If you take a walk to the Seminole camel, you will most likely see some peacocks.
What makes this property unique
The relaxing and fun backyard. The pool, firepit, cornhole board, patio, hammock chair. You could spend day after day and never get bored.
