The bright and sunny 3rd floor unit is conveniently situated in the heart of the city. It features two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and king-sized beds. This home is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring downtown Asheville NC!

The property offers convenience, luxury, and comfort, with always-available local staff on hand to assist with any needs or questions. *This is your vacation home and we are your support team working for you.

We will be giving you a complete space for your vacation. We check in with you the day of your arrival, about halfway through your stay, and the morning of your departure.

If you have any questions or need anything during your stay we are just a text or call away and are ready to jump into action if needed. We are available 8 am-10 pm through phone, text, Airbnb's message thread, or carrier pigeon.

Inaccurate description. Lovely apartment
While a photo showing a parking garage is in the listing…there is no parking provided. And the initial information shows 3 bedrooms sleeping 8, there are only 2 bedrooms. The apartment is clean and lovely. The security features were over the top, making it hard to go in and out.

We had a great stay (the accommodations are wonderful, the location is close to everything and there's plenty of room.) It's a great place. However, we ran into a jam that was our mistake, but we needed assistance from the property to resolve, and they went above and beyond to help us handle it. Truly more than we could have ever asked for. MANY thanks for the stay and for your help to resolve the issue. The customer service you showed was beyond compare. We will be returning!

Absolutely beautiful place!! And a great location! Walking to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment - dueling piano bar across the street, literally steps away. We got quite a few groceries, and it was a little tricky getting those and luggage up to the condo with all of the passcodes and no parking out front, but we managed. Would highly recommend this property!

Great location downtown Asheville. Easy spot to explore the city from. We really enjoyed the food and our visit to the Biltmore. Hopefully we can come back and spend more time on the trails.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, right downtown and Asheville is an easy city to navigate. Property is accurately depicted, well laid out and appropriated. Property is cleaned and well maintained, there were a few ceiling tiles partially missing, I assumed that was temporary. Building has secure access, a great place to stay.

Weekend getaway
This is a beautiful apartment that was perfect for our group of 5. We were in town for 3 nights of music and the location was perfect! Nearly everything was just a short walk away. The only thing I would caution is that it’s 2 beds, the couch and 2 air mattress which we couldn’t keep inflated so one person ended up sleeping on the couch which was comfortable and a good size. Maybe it was user error but I don’t have a lot of confidence in a good nights sleep on an air mattress. Other than that I would highly recommend and would definitely book again if we make it back to Asheville.

Perfect Location
This vacation rental was immaculate. We had everything we needed and more for our stay. For a family of four who prefers to cook, the kitchen had everything we needed. Ample space for everyone on the roomy, stylish sofas. The beds were both very comfortable and the sheets were ahhhmazing. What really made this one a stand out for us was the location. Five minute walk to just about everything you want and need downtown. We travel to Asheville every year in January and this will definitely be our first choice in the future.

A Gem in the Heart of Asheville!
My parents and I decided to take a last-minute trip to Asheville and booked this condo pretty much right away after seeing the photos, location and reviews. The condo was exactly as shown in pictures - stunning! Everything was pristine and we loved having the extra space vs the usual hotels we stay in in AVL. They even had a little bit of coffee and creamer in the kitchen which we were thankful for! The location can not be beat - we were able to walk everywhere downtown and everything else was a quick drive away. The building is VERY secure, which was not anticipated but definitely gave us peace of mind. As noted in other reviews, parking is not included, but we utilized both the metered spots and the AC Hotel garage (note, it's not in and out privileges). We would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future!

Perfect property. Appears to be brand new. Beautiful furnishings, perfect location for walking downtown shopping, eating and live music. Although we were in the area of night life, the apartment was extremely quiet. Would highly recommend!
