Just perfect, highly recommended, feel like home. Chad answer within minutes in our needs. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. Spa et property very clean. Beds so comfortable. Tks for all.
Everything was great! The home is conveniently located, well stocked with anything u need, and accommodated our group of 7 very easily. This is my 2nd time staying and I highly recommend this place.
We had multiple people fly in for thanksgiving and Chads place was the perfect mountain setting with all the cooking tools we needed. Sitting outside next to the creek was so relaxing!
Very comfortable , lovely home. Scenic back yard yet close to everything. Had everything we needed and Chad was very responsive to minor repair request. Would return any time of year, highly recommend!
This home was just as expected based on the description. My hubby and I stayed here w/ 4 of our college-aged & early 20's kids. The beds were comfortable; there were plenty of blankets. Two sons (6'5" & 6'2") slept in the double bunks, a daughter in the queen bed, and a son in the loft w/ the futon mattress. As should be expected, the loft was warm since heat rises, but my son slept comfortably. My husband loved having the heated floor in the master bath. The house was clean and tidy. There were extra towels and blankets in the linen closet if needed. The kitchen is small, but there is ample counter space between the sink & stove for people to work on both sides of the counter or use as a buffet for serving. There was a large slow cooker which I used multiple times. There was coffee, salt, pepper, spices, and cooking oils, as well as some food storage containers, plastic bags, foil, and parchment paper. There were plenty of pots and pans. We used the grill one evening, and we used the washer and dryer during our stay. The living room was a comfortable place to sit & play games in the evening. I had wanted to use the fireplace, but we never did although there was a sufficient amount of firewood. The backyard view is splendid. It's likely even better in the spring/summer. We could hear the water flowing in the creek. The hot tub is old, but we carefully followed the directions and enjoyed using it every night. Chad quickly responded to questions. Great stay!
Great accommodation for close groups with a couple cars and a bunch of gear. The location seems out there but is an equal or shorter drive than much of the Wildernest. The naturalist will love the back "yard": It's wild, we heard a Bobcat/Lynx one night, and found his tracks just off the deck the next day.
I live in Colorado and invited 3 high school friends of 45 years from California to visit for a reunion. There were 4 of us women. I chose the VRBO and my friends can't stop thanking me for organizing such a perfect choice for us! Not only was the house beautiful and clean and well stocked, but the views from the back porch were spectacular. My friends kept commenting that the mountain peak in the distance looked like we were in Switzerland! Great hiking and biking and restaurants all close by. Loved every minute of our visit.
The property manager was easy to contact, offered suggestions on activities for the kids and the maps were helpful for the most beautiful bike rides and hikes.
The property was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked for making meals. The beds are comfortable! The views of the mountains were spectacular as was watching for the wild life! The elk are huge! We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and learned how aggressive they could be toward each other. The Hot tub was relaxing and the view amazing. The creek was mesmerizing, the sound of the water was soothing.

My wife and I bought this property in 2021 and it has been such a great escape from the Denver area. We love the views, the hummingbirds in the summer and all of the wildlife around us. The proximity to the ski areas and all that Summit County has to offer is right out our doorstep and we are happy to share it with you.
