Stunning “30” plan. Completely Remodeled. Pool & jacuzzi near - Golf cart inc.

Gorgeous, 30 plan, den plus 2bd + 2 bath 1,800 sf condo, professionally decorated by an interior designer, and located on the 8th fairway of Monterey Country Club (EAST FACING). The condo has been completely remodeled, with brand new finishes, furniture, window treatments and appliances. Beautiful porcelain "wood-plank" flooring is stunning throughout, with carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen is state of the art with brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, with white marble subway and mosaic backsplash, and honey-stained maple cabinetry. The dining table seats 6, and the breakfast bar has 2 barstools. FREE WIFI. The living room has a 60" Curve screen TV, with sectional sofa and chair. The Master Bedroom is gorgeous with an upholstered king bed, a cozy shag area rug, custom bedding, and a 48" flat screen TV. The Master Bath is stunning with white marble and grey limestone mosaics on the floor, with beige limestone surround and shower. A white quartz slab counter, and white marble mosaic backsplash and dual sinks, nickel faucetry, and custom cabinetry give the bath a spa-like feel. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, with brand new furniture and custom bedding. The den has a Queen bed and also has a 42" flat screen TV. The second bath is gorgeous with limestone floors, white quartz slab counter and white marble and glass tile mosaic backsplash. There is a full size laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer, and also a 2 car garage.

The flagstone patio is just off the kitchen with a 48" teak table and outdoor wicker chairs overlooking the beautiful 8th Fairway (East Exposure), as well as a new stainless steel BBQ for grilling. One of 30 shared pools is just steps away, with a jacuzzi. The famous El Paseo Drive is just 5 minutes away for fabulous shopping and dining. The River in Rancho Mirage is less than 10 minutes away on Hwy 111, and has several restaurants, shopping and a movie theatre. The Living Desert is 10 minutes away, and is an outdoor wildlife park great for all ages. Our place is stocked with all required paper products as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all base levels spices, salt, pepper, sugars, tea, etc. We also provide bottled water and some Keurig coffees to get our guests started.

Check in time for our place is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11 am to allow for cleaning between guests. Additional photos upon request

Everything was great! we wanted to let the manager of the property know that the golf cart has beog

It is a great property to rent. We would return. Manager needs to inform renters of golf cart must be in Park instead of gear in order to charge. We had a problem using it because it wasn't charged.

Pictures don’t do it justice!!

This property far exceeded our expectations from the photos posted. The living room area and kitchen are very open and much larger than anticipated. It was such a great spot for my friends and I to hang out while we were in town for a wedding. Highly recommend this property! Very clean and the host was very communicative. 10/10!

Exactly as advertised

Had a great week at this place. Chris was a fantastic communicator and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, only 5min from all shopping (Trader Joes, Albertsons, Total Wine). The pool/hot tub is right across the road which was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Spring break in PD!

This is a great place to stay in Palm Desert for a get away. Took my wife and two kids during spring break for a few days out of town. The place is very well maintained, all the things in the kitchen needed for cooking and was very clean. Good communication with Chris during the entire visit. Thanks!

Very little to complain about ,a golf trip

Very clean , older but well updated roomy and very quiet great patio adjacent to fairway…. only draw back unable to play private members only golf course….and owner made that clear at the onset….would go back

Relaxing Stay

The villa was beautifully furnished and very well-equipped. The location is very good - just a short drive to El Paseo. The grounds are immaculately kept and there are a variety of pools to try. We really appreciated the use of the golf cart to get around the club. Chris was extremey prompt in answering any queries that we had and we hope to return in the not too distant future!

In town concert at Acrisure stadium

This place was perfect. My siblings and I fell in love with this place. Clean, quiet, great amenities! Host Chris made sure we were all set with beverages upon arrival. Gate access was easily navigated. We even witnessed coyote cruising along the golf course! Highly recommend this place. Also Acrisure is a fantastic venue! We Ubered to and from very easily from this place Will be back!

This is really a terrific place… It is comfortable, plenty, large, and Chris takes it to another level with all the amenities. Comfy beds, nice outdoor space, and excellent kitchen with everything we could have needed. C’mon now: Even riding the golf cart to the three pools made our vacation better! We’ll be back!

Great Location for getaway

This was a near perfect vacation home. Care was taken to provide little niceties and, at every turn, we were pleasantly surprised with extras you don't typically find. Attention to detail IS important, and this place did not disappoint. Only item worth mentioning would be TV option could be improved and TV sound is OK, not great. But that is me being very picky because this place rocks! I plan to revisit.

Fantastic VRBO vacation!

Our recent stay here was truly one of our best VRBO stays ever! The house was beautiful with a spacious layout and plenty of room for our family of five. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful and the beautiful views of the golf course out the large back windows were amazing. We loved our peaceful mornings sipping coffee on the patio. There were dozens of pools and hot tubs to choose from within steps of the home; we had fun choosing a different one every day. The golf cart was a convenient and fun way to explore the neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped making meal prep a breeze. The location is ideally located to some of the best shopping, parks and the zoo. Additionally the owners were super friendly and accommodating. We had an awesome experience and would love to stay here again!

Wonderful

Four of us stayed for 6 nights. We made good use of the pools, golf cart, and bbq. Location was great for us. The kitchen was well stocked (except for a shortage of wine glasses). Little things like toiletries in the bathrooms, beach towels, etc, are a nice touch. Unfortunately, one of the bikes had a flat tire but other than that, it’s a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

Girl’s Harvest Vacation

While our husbands were harvesting, five of us flew to Palm Desert for a week of sun and fun! And what a great week it was especially staying at Chris’ place. He has a beautiful home with many amenities. It is a great location, nice pool, and walking areas. Chris is very easy to communicate with and answer questions for you! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We chose Monterey Country Club for its central location and its wonderful amenities. Our location is super quiet which was important to us.

What makes this property unique

My husband and son enjoy golfing and tennis, and enjoy those activities here at Monterey CC or nearby Desert Willow Golf Course. My daughter & I love all the great shopping nearby El Paseo! The Pool and jacuzzi are steps from our place so it is convenient for our family and guests. Monterey CC is central to Palm desert and adjacent neighboring communities of Rancho Mirage and La Quinta. Palm Springs Int'l Airport is 20 minutes by car.
