This rustic studio is perfect for couples and solo travelers looking for a cozy place to stay. Gather around the firepit for some storytelling or curl up on the sofa and watch a movie on the smart TV. There is no kitchen, but the mini-fridge will keep your snacks and goodies fresh while the microwave will help you with your snacks. A coffee maker is provided as well for your daily cup of coffee. This studio also features a convenient dining table, an air-conditioning unit, and a pristine bathroom.

Not what I expected
The room was way too dark. Not acceptable. The toilet was too close to the wall and difficult to use. Our room must have once been the walk-out basement. The people above walked around like a herd of elephants - and we heard every footfall through the floorboards. Other sounds travelled through the floorboards - like the person upstairs singing. Finally, the documentation required to be read and signed to stay at this accommodation was ridiculously legalistic. VERY OFF-PUTTING; and only not available for us to see until we had already booked. Overall score: F.

The studio was a good fit for us, the only problem was it was missing a light over the bed so it was quite dark. The outdoor space was great. The location was perfect as we went hiking in the State parks, visited Asheville and lake Lure.

Lovely Home
Absolutely beautiful home and area! I was a little disappointed that it rained but it actually added to the peacefulness the home provided. Extremely private! I will definitely stay in this home again so I can explore the surrounding landscape. Stunning!!
