Guest access
PLEASE NOTE: Number of guests listed on the reservation request should include all potential visitors to the property regardless of the duration of their stay. This includes non-overnight guests, and guests that are not staying the entire time. If you would like to have day guests please let us know in advance and we will be happy to work with you.
Other things to note:
Additional fee for pool heating based on the time of year, the desired temperature and the current cost of propane.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Rental will require signing "supplemental rental agreement" meant to ensure renters are aware of important house rules and safety warnings. Guests will also be provided a house manual with lots of useful and important information about the house, property and surrounding area.
Property has three outdoor, motion activated security cameras (hot tub side, swimming pool side and driveway entry), and doorbell.
Also, please note that there is a new party barn (with additional accommodations) structure and a third pond being constructed on the property. This work is limited to the field above and adjacent to the tennis court and will not interfere with guests’ enjoyment of the rest of the property or with the optimal views from the back of the home. Until officially open, guests must always remaining 100 feet from the building and any equipment. Workers may need to access the unfinished barn Monday through Friday, but access will be limited to the service road behind the tennis court and guests are not likely to see or hear them.
