My adult son and I stayed for a few days. We had a great time - very clean, great kitchen, easy in/out to skiing, quiet, comfortable beds, etc. Would be right for a family with smaller kids. The ceiling in the loft with twins is about 4.5 feet high. Not a real problem, but just to note.

Cute trailer park not yet ready for guests
Cute trailer-style unit with modern amenities. Looked great and our stay was nice, but the unit we were assigned was not yet ready for guests. The property is in the process of building out these units on the property.
The front entrance to our unit had an elevated patio with temporary plywood flooring (not covering entire patio) and the steel stairwell was temporarily installed away from the paved walkway, so you needed to walk around through dirt to access the stairwell. The surrounding space (drive/parking space and side lots) are still being landscaped and felt like walking through a construction site.
The interior of the unit was really quite nice (like a hotel room), but already has damage that needs to be addressed. For example, one of the vertical blinds by front door was stuck in place and couldn't be lowered for privacy -- important feature when you are sandwiched with other trailers w/ floor to ceiling windows. The siding/trim on the front door was also pulling off the wall. We were not too bothered by these issues, but it was disappointing for the price we were paying. I don't think these unfinished units will look good in another year of use, especially with all the white walls and close quarters -- we were constantly bumping into the walls.
Be warned there are no bug screens on the windows, so you'll need to keep the windows/doors closed to keep all the bugs out. We ran the A/C non-stop and only opened windows briefly in the morning for fresh air.
